Black King oyster mushrooms, have a mild, nutty, earthy, and umami flavor with notes of seafood and licorice. Meaty texture. perfect for grilling.
Blue Oyster mushrooms are most commonly sauteed to create an earthy and textural side dish, or they are tossed into soups to contribute umami flavors into the broth.
Lion's mane mushrooms offer a mildly sweet flavor and texture that mimics shellfish. Great alternative for seafood dishes.

Located in the Fairview area of Union County. They not only have our culinary mushrooms but loads of other farm fresh products.
Right here in Indian Trail. Our grab-n-go culinary mushrooms are here for quick pick up. Both Blue Oyster and Lions Mane are stocked here.
Call us and we can arrange local mushroom delivery or porch pick right here at the farm.
